This policy explains how Dubline handles your account data and video uploads with strict privacy and security standards.
1. Video Processing & Storage
Videos you upload to Dubline are processed strictly to generate your requested transcription, translations, and synchronized speech. Source files and intermediate audio stems are hosted securely on private dubbing servers and are never shared with third parties or used to train public generative models without consent.
2. Account Credentials & Metadata
Your account stores your name, email address, cryptographic password hash, and subscription quota metrics. We do not store raw credit card numbers; payment processing and KHQR settlements are handled directly by PCI-compliant financial processors.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You retain full ownership of your media. You may delete individual projects or request full account closure at any time directly through your account studio workspace.
